My Really Bad Day!

Or maybe I should call it the worst bodily function day ever!

Let's see...where to begin! Bryan and I got back home this afternoon from Granna and Papaw's house. Granna came back with us to help ML get ready for a party she's having at her house Saturday and spend the night with me since Matt won't be home until tomorrow.

Anyway, to the story! :) In the last 2 weeks, Bryan has started gagging himself. Friday night he did it so much he threw up in his bed. Matt and I had to get him up for a bath and wash all of his stuff. I was hoping that would be the last of that. Hope floated out the window! He did it again at my parents house AND AGAIN TODAY! I had just gotten out of the shower when I heard mom say that he had puked. Yes, all over him, the bumper, sheet, blanket, rug, etc! Nevermind that I'm in my robe and have a towel on my head! I'm also not feeling the best because of this stinkin cold.

Fast Forward to dinner! I am feeding Bryan and Simba is sitting next to us begging for food when all of a sudden she decides to scratch her butt on the carpet. Not kidding! So we've had throw up, poop on the carpet and oh yeah...it gets better! After dinner I give Bryan a bath. After the bath we go in his room to get him all ready for bed. I take the towel off of him and he crawls over to the glider where he stands up and pees all over it and the rug!

Needless to say, I haven't had the best day in the world. Even if I felt better it still would have been a crazy day!

I think I'll go blow my nose!

I don't feel quite so bad now. At 1 a.m. last night my daughter threw up in her bed, and I wound up wearing rubber gloves, gagging, trying to get it to shake off over the side of my deck!

I'm so sorry you had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day! Can't wait to come home and see you and Bryan. I do hope everyone's done with throwing up when I get there though.

P.S. - I'm gonna kill that dog! :)

I agree with Candice- I had to chuckle reading this entry. Only because I am thinking, "oh my, here we go"

Thanks for giving me the real side of babies. So their poop doesn't smell like roses? ha ha ha

oh, Jamie... Not fun, not fun! I am so sorry! I empathize with you. Having babies certainly makes us experts on bodily functions, doesn't it?! Our poor carpets are never the same after dogs and children :)
